How do I place an order?

All these details are important for your order to be processed quickly and correctly.
Is there a minimum order or cutting charge?
There is no minimum order quantity, but a 10% allowance (more or less) will make it easier for us to assemble your order. However, if you required an exact quantity for your purchase, a cutting charge of CAD$10.00 per cut will apply.
Do you provide custom-made fabric, special colour or finished items?
Yes, we do! Email us and let our experienced sales team help!
What is the payment policy?
For new customers, payment is COD only (Visa/Mastercard/e-Transfer/bank draft/cash). For long term customers, we offer credits terms with set limits, subjected to credit check and application approval.

For any overdue account, 3% monthly interest applies, 36% per annum.
What is the shipping policy?
We ship all across Canada. All orders are prepared for pick-up/delivery on the same day (if placed before 12 noon Eastern Time) or for the next business day. Customers are recommended to use their own shipping courier that they have an account with; we can also help arrange shipment and provide you with a shipping quote. Please noted, different couriers have their own specific cut-off time. Please allow sufficient time in case of shipping delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We accept Exchange & Returns hassle-free under the following conditions:

▪️ Goods purchased from our in-stock program;
▪️ Exchange & Return request is submit within 30 days of invoice date;
▪️ Goods must be uncut and be in original condition with complete packaging and labelling;
▪️ Exchange & Return approval form must be obtained from sales rep for processing;
▪️ Customer will be responsible for item(s) Exchange & Return shipping and handling charges;
▪️ All returns are subject to 8% restocking fee of invoice amount and applicable taxes;
▪️ Original handling and shipping charges incurred are non-refundable;
▪️ All final sales are non-refundable;
▪️ All custom orders are final sales and non-refundable

Once we receive your return item, we will inspect the item's condition and contact you regarding your return. The refund amount will be credited either by company cheque or to your Daehyon account, which can be used toward your next purchase.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please keep the item in its original condition, and do not cut/trim the item or begin the manufacturing process. Notify your sales rep immediately and we’ll help address any issues right away.

DAEHYON reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges which do not comply with our return and exchange policy.
Fabric quality and Dye lot difference
All our products are produced under strictest quality control and conform to leading textile industry standards. Minimum dye lot difference is acceptable in today’s textile industry as well. We’re confident in our fabric quality.

Customers are encouraged to try and test out our products for colour, quality, design structure for project suitability before purchasing the full production quantity.

Also, garment production should only be carrying out using same fabric dye lot for each complete project.
